RedTape Limited informed the exchanges on Tuesday, September 16, that the Income Tax Department has carried out search proceedings at some of its locations between September 11 and September 16, 2025.
The company stated that it has fully cooperated with the officials during the proceedings and has responded to all clarifications and details sought. RedTape further assured that its business operations are continuing as usual and that it will continue to comply with its disclosure obligations as required under law
