Redington Limited announced that its step-down subsidiary, Arena Bilgisayar Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“Arena”), through its subsidiary Arena Connect Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., has signed a definitive agreement with Datagate Bilgisayar Malzemeleri Ticaret A.Ş. The deal, finalized on September 19, 2025, involves the assignment of a Device Distribution and Supply Agreement with Vodafone Dağıtım, Servis ve İçerik Hizmetleri A.Ş.
The agreement will become effective from October 1, 2025, with a total deal value of approximately USD 8 million.
According to Redington’s disclosure under SEBI Listing Regulations, Arena contributed USD 420.40 million in revenue as of March 31, 2025, which accounted for about 3.6% of Redington’s consolidated annual revenue.
The buyer, Datagate Bilgisayar Malzemeleri Ticaret A.Ş., is a leading IT distribution company based in Turkey and does not belong to Redington’s promoter or promoter group entities. The transaction is not categorized as a related-party deal.
Redington confirmed that the agreement does not fall under a Scheme of Arrangement and is fully compliant with SEBI’s disclosure norms.
