RBM Infracon Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Greenzo Energy India Limited to develop and implement green hydrogen generation facilities across two locations in Gujarat—Jamnagar and Kutch. The total capacity of these facilities is set to be 15MW, with a planned investment of ₹200 crore. This strategic partnership marks a significant step towards sustainable energy solutions in the region.
Under the terms of the MOU, RBM Infracon will act as the developer, integrator, and owner of the green hydrogen generation facilities. The company will manage overall project activities, including construction and ancillary development. Greenzo Energy will support the project by providing design development, engineering, procurement, and commissioning services. Their expertise will cover crucial components like electrolyzer units, gasification units, storage facilities, and advanced control systems.
The project will be implemented in phases, with each unit rated at 5MW. The initial phase is set to begin in Jamnagar, with potential expansion into Kutch based on market demand.
