Raymond Realty, one of India’s fastest-growing real estate developers, has announced its foray into one of the most coveted corridors of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region with the launch of Invictus by GS, BKC. Spanning nearly two acres, this marquee redevelopment marks a significant milestone in the company’s expansion into the ultra-luxury segment. The launch follows the strong traction Raymond Realty has built in Thane through projects such as TenX Habitat and The Address by GS, both of which have helped establish its reputation for design excellence and timely execution.

Invictus by GS, BKC has been conceived as a high-end residential development featuring six towers with 23 habitable floors and four basements, designed in line with IGBC-aligned sustainable development standards. The strategic location offers residents seamless connectivity to key parts of the city, with Jio World Drive just five minutes away, the Bandra-Worli Sea Link eight minutes away, and the airport reachable within 15 minutes. Enhancing its appeal is a comprehensive suite of over 30 premium lifestyle amenities, including a skyline-facing 38-metre pool, an exclusive sky lounge, immersive recreational spaces, and integrated high-street retail, creating a truly holistic and luxurious living environment.

Since entering the real estate sector in 2019, Raymond Realty has quickly risen to become one of the top five developers in the MMR region. Several additional projects are currently under evaluation, further underscoring the company’s intent to deepen its presence within Mumbai beyond its established Thane operations.

Looking ahead, Raymond Realty has outlined a strong launch pipeline for FY 2025–26, which includes two new projects on its own land in Thane along with three to four new JDA-led developments across Mumbai. The company is now working toward a more balanced portfolio structure, aiming for JDA projects to contribute around 50% of its annual pre-sales within the next two to three years, compared to the FY25 mix where Thane accounted for 78% and JDAs for 22%.
