Rajesh Power Services Limited on Friday informed exchanges that it has bagged fresh orders worth ₹95 crore for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of GIS substations in Gujarat.
According to the company’s filing, the project involves work on 400kV/33kV and 66kV/33kV gas-insulated substations, awarded by a domestic private entity in a similar line of business. The order is scheduled to be executed within 12 months.
The company clarified that the order was received in the normal course of business and does not fall under related party transactions. Promoters and group companies have no interest in the awarding entity.
Rajesh Power noted that this win reinforces its expertise in substation projects and strengthens its order book, highlighting growth momentum in the state’s power infrastructure development.
