RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. has recently secured three significant work orders, further strengthening its position as a leading ICT provider in the country. The combined value of these contracts exceeds ₹220 crore, covering diverse sectors such as defense, power, and education.

The first work order, valued at ₹100.32 crore, comes from a defense PSU for setting up a Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) Center. The project, expected to be completed by May 30, 2025, includes a four-month go-live phase and six years of maintenance.

The second contract, worth ₹104.15 crore, has been awarded by Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited (MSPGCL) for IT Network Restructuring. The project aims to upgrade IT infrastructure across nine plants and three offices with the latest technology. Execution is slated for completion by January 30, 2030.

The third contract, amounting to ₹15.98 crore, is from the Department of Education Samagra Shiksha for establishing Robotics, Drone, and Atal Tinkering Labs in 160 government schools across Himachal Pradesh. The initiative, under the STARS program, is set for completion by November 30, 2025.
