RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. announced on Saturday that it has bagged a major order worth ₹209.8 crore from the Bihar Education Project Council (BEPC) for the implementation of Education Quality Enhancement under the PM SHRI scheme.
According to the company’s exchange filing, the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) was received on September 12, 2025, with the contract scheduled to be executed by September 11, 2026.
The project, awarded by the State Project Director of BEPC, is domestic in nature and involves supply for education enhancement initiatives across Bihar. RailTel confirmed that neither its promoter group nor related parties hold any interest in the awarding entity.
The order is one of the company’s largest in recent times and highlights RailTel’s growing presence in large-scale government digital infrastructure and education modernization projects.
