RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. has secured a significant work order from the Cuttack Development Authority, valued at ₹26.37 crore, including taxes. This project involves the installation of 14 units of a Billboard System, complete with hardware and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), along with command control support for three years across various locations in Cuttack city.

The contract, awarded by a domestic entity, is a testament to RailTel’s growing presence in India’s digital infrastructure sector. As a trusted government-owned company specializing in telecom and broadband services, RailTel continues to contribute to India’s smart city initiatives. The execution of this project is scheduled to be completed by July 11, 2025.

In the meantime, the company also bagged a significant work order worth ₹37.18 crore from Madhya Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation Ltd. The project involves acting as a System Integrator for the expansion of the State Data Center (SDC) and the establishment of a Disaster Recovery (DR) Center. This domestic contract highlights RailTel’s growing role in digital infrastructure development across India. The project is set to be completed by June 27, 2029, strengthening Madhya Pradesh’s technological framework.
