RailTel Corporation of India Limited has secured a work order worth ₹18,06,20,011, including tax, from Dredging Corporation of India Limited.
The contract, awarded on September 20, 2025, involves providing seamless offshore internet connectivity for DCI vessels and the Integrated Command Control Centre. The project is domestic in nature and is scheduled to be completed by January 18, 2026.
In its regulatory filing, RailTel confirmed that the order does not fall under related-party transactions and that there is no promoter or group company interest in the awarding entity. This new contract adds another milestone to RailTel’s growing portfolio of digital and connectivity solutions for specialized sectors. By enabling advanced offshore internet services, the company is further cementing its role as a trusted ICT partner for government-owned enterprises.
