RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. has issued a work order worth ₹16,30,79,586.31 to RTNS Technology Private Limited, as per its regulatory filing under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
According to the disclosure, the contract involves the supply and installation as per RailTel’s customer requirements. The order has been awarded to a domestic entity, and the timeline may be extended through mutual agreement between RailTel and RTNS Technology Pvt Ltd.
The company further clarified that there is no promoter or group company interest in the entity receiving the work order and that the transaction does not fall under related party arrangements.
The official award date for the contract was September 30, 2025.
