PTC Industries Limited has announced the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Kineco Aerospace & Defence to jointly develop and manufacture value-added aerospace components and structural assemblies.

The partnership will combine PTC’s expertise in high-integrity castings and exotic materials like titanium and superalloys with Kineco’s capabilities in lightweight composite structures. The collaboration aims to address critical needs of both Indian and global aerospace OEMs, with a focus on hybrid aero structures, localization of critical flight parts, joint participation in global RFQs for civil and defence programs, and advanced R&D in partnership with DRDO and other stakeholders.

Mr. Sachin Agarwal, Chairman & Managing Director of PTC Industries, said the companies share a vision of building an Atmanirbhar Bharat through high-precision engineering. Mr. Shekhar Sardessai, Founder and CMD of Kineco Group, described the partnership as a blend of material innovation and manufacturing excellence that could position India as a serious player in the global aerospace supply chain.

PTC Industries, through its subsidiary Aerolloy Technologies, already manufactures titanium and superalloy castings for aerospace and defence. It is also investing in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at the Uttar Pradesh Defence Industrial Corridor to produce aerospace-grade ingots, billets, bars, plates, and sheets.
