Premier Energies Limited has announced the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, Premier-Green Aluminium Private Limited (PGAPL), as per a regulatory filing dated April 3, 2025. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs issued the certificate of incorporation on the same day.
PGAPL has been formed with an authorised share capital of ₹10 lakh and will focus on the manufacturing, processing, and extrusion of aluminium and its alloys. This strategic move is aimed at supporting captive consumption for Premier Energies’ broader business operations. The aluminium manufacturing unit is expected to complement the company’s existing operations in the renewable energy sector.
Premier Energies will hold 100% equity in the new entity, and the business will be focused entirely in India. No governmental approvals were required for this internal incorporation, and no external acquisition or share swap is involved.
The new subsidiary will manufacture aluminium frames and related products, further strengthening Premier Energies’ supply chain and product integration capabilities.
