Praveg Limited has officially completed the handover of its flagship resort property, Praveg Atoll’s on Bangaram Island in Lakshadweep, to Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), the company announced today. This transition, effective under the Hotel Management Agreement signed on March 3, 2025, grants IHCL full operational control of the resort under its prestigious SeleQtions portfolio.
With this strategic move, IHCL will now oversee all aspects of the resort’s operations, including guest services, F&B, recreational experiences, and sustainable practices aimed at preserving the island’s ecological balance. The resort promises guests a blend of luxury and eco-conscious hospitality through spa offerings, curated dining, and immersive local experiences.
