Power and Instrumentation (Gujarat) Limited (PIGL) has announced the receipt of a significant work order valued at ₹21.4 crore, inclusive of GST. The project entails the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and client handover of a complete power supply system for the Udaipur Air Terminal in Rajasthan.
The order has been awarded by Nyati Engineering & Construction Private Limited, a domestic entity. As per the disclosure filed with the stock exchanges under SEBI’s Regulation 30, the project is scheduled for completion within six months from the effective date of the award.
According to the company, the contract does not fall under related party transactions, and there is no promoter group interest in the awarding entity.
This win marks another strategic step for Power and Instrumentation (Gujarat) as it strengthens its position in India’s critical infrastructure sector, particularly in high-visibility projects like airport utilities.
