PNC Infratech Limited, through its 100% subsidiary PNC Infra Holdings Limited, has received in-principle approval from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for the divestment of its stake in PNC Rajasthan Highways Private Limited. The approval was granted on December 31, 2024, and pertains to the transfer of the company’s entire stake in the subsidiary to Highways Infrastructure Trust (InvIT).
This divestment is part of PNC Infratech’s strategic initiative to monetize its assets and align with its long-term goals. The proposed transaction has been under review since January 2024 and is subject to various statutory and regulatory approvals.
