Pidilite Ventures Pvt. Ltd., the venture investment arm and wholly owned subsidiary of Pidilite Industries, has announced a strategic investment in Printpanda India Pvt. Ltd. (MagicDecor), a fast-growing bespoke home décor solutions company. The development was disclosed in a press release dated November 26, 2025.
MagicDecor specialises in premium, sustainable, and customised home décor products, including wallpapers, blinds, curtains and canvas-based furnishings. Pidilite said the investment aligns with its strategy of supporting innovative brands in India’s rapidly expanding home improvement and interior solutions market.

Sanket Parekh, Director at Pidilite Ventures, said the company is partnering with MagicDecor at a pivotal stage in its growth journey. He noted that MagicDecor has shown strong traction over the past two years by innovating across product lines and scaling distribution, adding that the brand is “uniquely positioned in the premium, personalized wall solutions market.”
MagicDecor plans to use the investment to accelerate capacity expansion, adopt advanced technology and AI, and grow both its digital presence and offline distribution across major Indian cities.
Siddheshwar Panda, Co-founder and CEO of MagicDecor, said the backing from Pidilite marks a “pivotal milestone” for the company as it seeks to expand manufacturing, drive product innovation, and strengthen its reach in India and international markets.
