PI Industries Ltd announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, reporting a decline in both revenue and profit on a year-on-year basis.

The company’s revenue from operations stood at ₹1,872.3 crore in Q2 FY26, compared to ₹2,221 crore in the same quarter last year, marking a 15.7% decline YoY. Total income also dropped to ₹1,954.8 crore, from ₹2,343.2 crore in Q2 FY25.

On the profitability front, net profit came in at ₹409.3 crore, down 19.8% YoY from ₹508.2 crore in the corresponding period last year. Profit before tax (PBT) stood at ₹525.3 crore, compared to ₹662.8 crore in Q2 FY25.

The company’s total expenses were recorded at ₹1,431.6 crore, reflecting tighter cost management compared to the previous quarter but still impacted by lower operating leverage.

For the half year ended September 30, 2025, PI Industries reported total revenue of ₹3,941.2 crore and a net profit of ₹809.3 crore, compared to ₹4,484.8 crore and ₹979.0 crore respectively in the previous year’s first half.

The decline in earnings is attributed to subdued export performance and lower volumes in key segments.
