Persistent Systems on Tuesday, December 16, informed stock exchanges about a strategic partnership with DigitalOcean aimed at advancing accessible, scalable, and secure artificial intelligence (AI) for enterprises and developers.
According to the press release shared with exchanges, Persistent has selected DigitalOcean as its cloud and AI infrastructure provider for SASVA™, its AI-powered platform. SASVA integrates code, documentation, architecture, and executive summaries and is designed to operate across multiple workflows and roles.
Under the partnership, SASVA will leverage DigitalOcean Gradient™ AI Agentic Cloud, including its AI platform and high-powered GPU infrastructure, to run AI workloads and customer deployments in a reliable and cost-efficient manner. The collaboration seeks to address challenges such as rising GPU and infrastructure costs, fragmented AI development environments, and increasing security and compliance requirements.
Persistent stated that the partnership is expected to enable secure and enterprise-ready AI solutions, while also helping reduce AI infrastructure and operational costs by over 50%, allowing faster adoption and more predictable scaling of AI systems. In return, Persistent will support DigitalOcean by using SASVA and its engineering expertise to enhance the performance and efficiency of DigitalOcean’s AI cloud offerings.
The company noted that the collaboration is focused on supporting AI-native and digital-native enterprises, providing scalable infrastructure with transparent and predictable economics as AI technologies continue to evolve.
