Patanjali Foods Ltd. has announced an interim dividend of ₹8 per equity share (400% on the face value of ₹2 each) for the financial year 2024-25. The dividend will be paid on or before November 23, 2024.
The record date for determining eligible shareholders to receive the dividend has been set as Monday, November 4, 2024, as per Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
