Parsvnath Developers Limited has announced details of its large-scale integrated township project in Rajpura, Punjab, spread across 112.856 acres.

Located along GT Road, near Shambu Border Railway Station and just 20 km from Ambala and Chandigarh, the project enjoys strategic connectivity to major commercial and residential hubs.

The township will feature plots, group housing, commercial complexes, clubs, and schools, offering a mix of residential and community infrastructure. The company confirmed that it has secured the necessary licenses from competent authorities for the construction and development of the project.

Parsvnath has entered into a Development Management Agreement with Emperor Infratech Private Limited, which will act as the Development Manager. The partner will handle the development, completion, implementation, sales, marketing, and maintenance of the project, with a mandate to complete construction in a time-bound manner.

Commenting on the announcement, Pradeep Jain, Chairman of Parsvnath Developers, said the company remains focused on executing ongoing projects to achieve its goal of “Mission Possession.”
