Panorama Studios International Limited has entered into a content licensing agreement with Smiley Films LLP for the Hindi feature film Chidiya. As per the filing, the agreement grants Panorama Studios exclusive non-theatrical rights to the film across global markets, including India.
The film features Svar Kamble, Ayush Pathak and Vinay Pathak, and is directed by Mehran Amrohi. The company noted that the exclusive rights cover worldwide exploitation of the non-theatrical segment.
The disclosure has been made in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations.
