Pankaj Malik has been appointed interim Chief Executive Officer of STL’s Global Services Business. Malik brings over 27 years of experience in strategic operations, digital transformations, and stakeholder management, with a strong background in the telecom sector. His previous roles include leadership positions at Philips India, Vodafone Idea, Bharti Airtel, and Crest Digitel.
Additionally, Jeric McCoy has joined as Vice President of Sales for Sterlite Technologies Inc., STL’s U.S. subsidiary. McCoy has over 25 years of experience in the Outside Plant market, with expertise in market pricing and distribution models, having worked with leading firms like Raychem, AFL, and Prysmian.
Ankit Agarwal, Managing Director of STL, expressed confidence in the new leadership team, emphasizing their expertise in achieving exceptional customer outcomes and driving profitable growth.
These changes come as STL strategically positions itself amidst large-scale digital infrastructure projects globally, including BharatNet in India and the U.S. Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program.
