Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd (GSFC) has announced that Shri Pankaj Joshi, IAS (Retd.), has stepped down from his role as Chairman of the company following his superannuation as Chief Secretary to the Government of Gujarat. His resignation became effective on October 31, 2025.
In a regulatory filing, GSFC stated that Shri Joshi, who holds DIN 01532892, tendered his resignation from the Board with effect from the said date. The company added that this change is purely due to his retirement from government service.
No new appointment has been announced yet, and the company has clarified that there are no inter-director relationships applicable in this case.
