Panacea Biotec Ltd on Thursday announced that the Central Medical Services Society (CMSS), under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, has accepted the company’s offer for the supply of bivalent oral polio vaccine (bOPV).
According to the company’s exchange filing, the order is valued at Rs 127.20 crore, and supplies will be made in several tranches over a period of 90 to 480 days from the issuance of the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) dated October 8, 2025.
The vaccine supply contract, awarded through a government tender, will be executed domestically and falls under Panacea Biotec’s expanding public health initiatives. The company confirmed that the order does not involve any related party transactions or promoter interest.
The development reinforces Panacea Biotec’s long-standing role as a key vaccine supplier to government health programs, particularly in the fight against polio.
