Orient Green Power Company on Monday informed exchanges that its subsidiary, Delta Renewable Energy Private Limited, has approved and executed an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract for setting up a solar power project in Tamil Nadu.
According to the regulatory filing, the Rights Issue Committee of the Board approved the EPC contract at its meeting held on December 29, 2025. The contract has been entered into with Remon Solutions Private Limited for the development of an aggregate installed capacity of 17.60 MW AC (24.64 MW DC) solar power project.
The project will be developed at one or more locations in Vandavasi Taluk and Chetpet Taluk of Thiruvannamalai district, Tamil Nadu, on a turnkey EPC basis. Delta Renewable Energy has signed and executed the agreement with Remon Solutions on December 29, 2025.
As per the disclosure, the total consideration agreed under the EPC contract stands at approximately Rs 99.42 crore, inclusive of GST. The company stated that the project is scheduled to be completed on or before May 31, 2026.
Remon Solutions Private Limited is a domestic entity and will act as the EPC contractor for the project. Orient Green Power clarified that neither the promoter nor promoter group entities have any interest in Remon Solutions, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
The company said the disclosure has been made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with applicable SEBI master circulars
