Omaxe Limited has witnessed an exceptional response to its newly launched luxury residential and commercial projects in Faridabad. The developments—Omaxe Residences and The Grand Europe—have recorded a rapid sell-out shortly after launch, highlighting strong buyer confidence in the brand and rising demand for premium real estate in the city.

The projects have been launched by the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Omaxe World Street Pvt. Ltd., and form part of the landmark World Street by Omaxe mixed-use development. The integrated project aims to create a modern urban ecosystem where residents can live, work, shop, and enjoy entertainment within a single destination.

Under Phase 1 of Omaxe Residences, the company launched 173 ultra-luxury residential units, and the entire inventory was sold out within just a few days. The strong response reflects growing demand from affluent buyers looking for premium housing options in Faridabad. The project is positioned in the ultra-luxury segment with average unit realizations estimated between ₹3 crore and ₹4 crore, bringing international-standard living to a city that has historically lacked such high-end residential offerings.

The commercial development, The Grand Europe, witnessed an even faster response from investors and businesses. All 120 commercial units launched under the project were completely sold out on the very first day. Designed as a European-style high-street commercial hub, the development will offer Shop-Cum-Office units starting from 70 square yards and aims to create a curated retail and business environment within the city.

Together, the two projects represent a significant investment in Faridabad’s real estate ecosystem. According to CA certificates submitted to the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, the estimated project cost for Omaxe Residences stands at ₹927.20 crore, while The Grand Europe has a projected cost of ₹133.78 crore. This takes the combined investment in the developments to more than ₹1,060 crore.

Faridabad has long been home to a large number of high-net-worth individuals, particularly in legacy sectors such as 14, 15, 16, 17, and 9. Despite this, the city has historically lacked a true ultra-luxury residential and commercial ecosystem. Omaxe Residences aims to bridge this gap by introducing premium living standards, while The Grand Europe is expected to elevate the city’s commercial landscape through a modern high-street concept.

The company has already seen strong interest in its commercial developments in the area. The World Street London Extension project, which was launched in December 2025, also received a strong response from buyers and investors, reflecting sustained demand for premium retail and curated commercial spaces in Faridabad.

Both projects are strategically located in Sector 79, Faridabad, an area witnessing rapid infrastructure development. The location offers strong connectivity to key infrastructure projects such as the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway, the upcoming Noida International Airport, Bata Chowk Metro Station, and the Manjhawali Bridge. With limited availability of premium land parcels and strong demand from both end users and long-term investors, the projects are expected to hold significant appreciation potential.
