Ola Electric has launched the ‘BOSS – Biggest Ola Season Sale’ campaign for the festive season, offering the S1 electric scooter at an entry price of ₹49,999. The BOSS sale comes with a range of benefits, including festive offers worth up to ₹40,000, covering discounts, upgrades, warranties, and financial deals.
Key highlights of the BOSS sale:
- BOSS Prices: The Ola S1 X with a 2kWh battery is available starting at ₹49,999 (limited stock).
- BOSS Discounts: Discounts up to ₹25,000 on the S1 portfolio, including a flat ₹25,000 off on the S1 X 2kWh model, and up to ₹15,000 off on the broader S1 range.
- BOSS Warranty: An 8-year/80,000 km battery warranty worth ₹7,000 is offered for free.
- BOSS Finance Offers: Financing benefits up to ₹5,000 are available on select credit card EMIs.
- BOSS Benefits: Free MoveOS+ software upgrade worth ₹6,000 and free Hypercharging credits worth up to ₹7,000.
Bhavish Aggarwal, Chairman and MD of Ola Electric, announced, “We are excited to bring in the BOSS of all offers for our customers this festive season, making it the best time to buy an EV.” He emphasized that this is Ola’s largest festive offering yet and aligns with their goal to promote electric vehicles (EVs) and reduce the use of internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles.
Expansion and Future Plans
Last month, Ola Electric introduced the Network Partner Program, intending to expand its sales and service network to 10,000 points across India by 2025. The company also plans to train 1 lakh third-party mechanics to support EVs.
Ola Electric’s S1 Portfolio
The company provides a comprehensive S1 range with six different models tailored to various needs:
- Premium Models: The S1 Pro is priced at ₹1,34,999, while the S1 Air costs ₹1,07,499.
- Mass Market Offerings: The S1 X series (available in 2 kWh, 3 kWh, and 4 kWh versions) is priced at ₹74,999, ₹87,999, and ₹1,01,999, respectively.
During its annual ‘Sankalp’ event in August 2024, Ola Electric also unveiled its Roadster motorcycle lineup, including the Roadster X, Roadster, and Roadster Pro. These motorcycles offer advanced technology and performance features, with prices starting at ₹74,999, ₹1,04,999, and ₹1,99,999, respectively.
