Nucleus Software Exports Ltd has reported a sharp sequential improvement in its financial performance for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. The company’s consolidated net profit rose 85.14% quarter-on-quarter to Rs 64.8 crore, compared to Rs 35 crore reported in the preceding December 2024 quarter. This significant improvement in profitability was supported by strong operational performance and improved margins.
Total income for the quarter increased to Rs 245.58 crore, up from Rs 221.27 crore in the previous quarter. The company also reported a notable rise in its EBITDA, which grew 124.4% sequentially to Rs 74.5 crore, as against Rs 33.2 crore in the December quarter. The EBITDA margin expanded to 32.54% from 16.14% in the previous quarter, reflecting higher operating efficiency during the period.
Revenue from operations for the fourth quarter stood at Rs 228.96 crore, up from Rs 205.7 crore in Q3 FY25. Total expenses during the quarter came in at Rs 158.04 crore, a reduction from Rs 176.27 crore in the December quarter, indicating better cost management.
Profit before tax for the quarter stood at Rs 87.54 crore, compared to Rs 45 crore in the previous quarter. The company also declared a final dividend of Rs 12.5 per share for the financial year.
