Nucleus Software Exports Limited, a leading provider of global banking and lending technology solutions, has announced the appointment of Ashok Kumar Bhura as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective October 1, 2025.

Bhura brings over 25 years of experience in financial strategy, transformation, and risk management. Prior to joining Nucleus Software, he spent 18 years at Bharti Airtel, where he served as Vice President – Head of Financial Reporting and Chief Risk Officer. During his tenure, he led large-scale initiatives in financial reporting, revenue assurance, and enterprise risk management, working closely with Big 4 audit firms.

Bhura is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI), an alumnus of St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, and has completed an Executive Program at IIM Ahmedabad.
