NTPC Green Energy Limited has announced that 12.5 MW of solar capacity, part of the 37.5 MW installed at the Bhuj, Gujarat project of Ayana Renewable Power Four Private Limited, has been declared commercial and operational effective October 17, 2025.
Ayana Renewable Power Four Private Limited is a subsidiary of Ayana Renewable Power Pvt. Ltd., which, in turn, is wholly owned by the joint venture ONGC NTPC Green Private Limited. This commissioning adds to NTPC Green Energy’s growing renewable portfolio.
With this addition, the total commercial capacity of the NTPC Green Energy Limited Group rises from 7,407.475 MW to 7,419.975 MW. The expansion reinforces NGEL’s commitment to sustainable energy and supports India’s clean energy goals by strengthening solar power capacity across the country.
