Nila Infrastructures Limited has received a fresh work order worth Rs 63.52 crore from Shree Infracon Private Limited for a slum redevelopment project in Ahmedabad. The project, popularly known as ‘Ramapir No Tekro’, involves the construction of 1,694 residential flats under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
The new order, awarded on March 25, 2025, pertains specifically to the “Finishing Work” which includes both material and labour components. The timeline for completion has been set at 10 months. The scope of the contract also includes a seven-year Operation and Maintenance Defect Liability period for all finishing works undertaken.
This is an extension of the initial project announcement made in September 2023. The work order has been awarded in the ordinary course of business and is classified as a domestic order. Neither the company’s promoter group nor any related parties have any interest in the awarding entity, the filing clarified.
This development is expected to further strengthen Nila Infrastructures’ portfolio in affordable and urban housing segments.
