Newgen Software Technologies Limited announced that its wholly owned US-based subsidiary, Newgen Software Inc. (NSI), has secured two Statements of Work (SOW) with a global customer, amounting to a total contract value of USD 1,675,000 (approximately Rs 14 crore).
The international contracts are set to be executed over a five-year period, and the company has clarified that these deals do not involve any related party transactions. The agreements were signed on March 31, 2025, 4:30 PM EST (April 1, 2025, 2:00 AM IST).
This strategic win further strengthens Newgen’s international presence and underlines the global demand for its enterprise content and process automation solutions.
