Nestlé India Limited has informed the exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, October 16, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2025.
In line with SEBI regulations, the company has also announced that the trading window for dealing in its securities will remain closed from October 1, 2025, to October 18, 2025 (both days inclusive).
This closure applies to designated persons, including directors, key managerial personnel, and other connected employees of the company, to ensure compliance with insider trading norms.
