Maggi-maker Nestle India Ltd. on Thursday, April 24, announced a 2% domestic volume growth for the quarter ended March 2025 (Q4FY25), in line with estimates which had projected growth between 2% to 3%.

The company reported a standalone net profit of ₹885 crore for Q4FY25, marking a 5% decline from ₹934 crore in the same quarter last year.

Revenue during the March quarter rose by 4.4% year-on-year to ₹5,504 crore, compared to ₹5,267.6 crore in Q4FY24. The reported figure was slightly below market estimates of ₹5,530 crore.

Commodity trends and inflationary pressures

Nestle highlighted ongoing inflationary pressures across key commodities. Coffee prices remain firm, while cocoa—despite recent corrections—continues to be elevated. Edible oil prices are stable, and milk prices have firmed up cyclically with the onset of summer.

Final dividend declared

The Board of Directors declared a final dividend of ₹10 per equity share for the financial year 2024–25. The record date for the dividend has been set as July 4, 2025.
