Nestlé India has declared a second interim dividend of ₹14.25 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25. The dividend will be paid on and from February 27, 2025, to shareholders whose names appear in the company’s Register of Members or as beneficial owners maintained by the depositories as of the record date, February 7, 2025.
This announcement comes following the company’s robust Q3 performance, which saw growth in revenue and profitability. With 964,157,160 equity shares issued and subscribed, the dividend payout reflects Nestlé India’s commitment to returning value to its shareholders.
The company had earlier communicated this announcement through its letter reference numbers PKR:SG:JK: 107:2024-25 & PKR:SG:JK: 108:2024-25 dated January 24, 2025.
