Nesco Limited announced its Q2 FY26 unaudited consolidated financial results, reporting a strong year-on-year growth in both revenue and profitability, driven by continued momentum across its real estate and exhibition businesses.
The company’s revenue from operations rose 24.5% YoY to Rs 239.18 crore in the September 2025 quarter, compared to Rs 192.10 crore in the same period last year. Total income for the quarter stood at Rs 263.58 crore, up from Rs 225.21 crore in Q2 FY25.
On the profitability front, profit before tax came in at Rs 143.49 crore, compared to Rs 135.01 crore in the year-ago quarter. After accounting for taxes of Rs 24.58 crore, net profit for the quarter rose to Rs 118.91 crore, an 11.3% increase YoY from Rs 106.88 crore in Q2 FY25.
Total expenses increased to Rs 120.09 crore (from Rs 90.20 crore last year), led by higher material consumption, depreciation, and other operational costs. Despite this, Nesco maintained a robust profit margin on account of steady revenue growth and operating efficiency.
For the first half of FY26, Nesco reported:
- Total income: Rs 485.03 crore (up 22% YoY)
- Profit after tax: Rs 215.05 crore (up 22% YoY)
The company continues to maintain a healthy financial position, underscoring its strong fundamentals and steady growth trajectory across business verticals.
