Key Highlights:

  1. Cement Production and Dispatches:
    • Production: Declined by 12% YoY to 661,049 metric tonnes (MT) from 749,703 MT in Q3 FY24.
    • Dispatches: Dropped by 11% YoY to 662,936 MT compared to 741,556 MT in the year-ago period.
  2. Cement Boards:
    • Production: Fell slightly by 3% YoY to 20,231 MT from 20,766 MT.
    • Dispatches: Declined by 5% YoY to 18,743 MT against 19,782 MT.
  3. Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC):
    • Production and Sales: Marginally lower by 1% YoY to 80,258 cubic meters, compared to 80,974 cubic meters in Q3 FY24.
  4. Doors:
    • Production and Sales: Registered an impressive growth of 39% YoY, reaching 8,680 units compared to 6,237 units in the same period last year.
  5. Energy (Hydro Power):
    • Generation: Witnessed a significant surge of 858% YoY, producing 16.61 million units (MU) compared to 1.73 MU in Q3 FY24.

9-Month Performance:

  • Cement: Both production and dispatches declined by 11% YoY for the nine-month period ended December 2024.
  • Cement Boards: Flat performance with no significant change in production or dispatches.
  • RMC: Showed an 11% YoY increase in production and sales.
  • Doors: Recorded a robust 77% YoY growth, highlighting strong demand in this segment.
  • Energy: Hydro power generation rose dramatically by 276% YoY, reaching 31.35 MU.
