NCC Limited has received new orders amounting to ₹1,690.51 crore (excluding GST) during June 2025. These orders are part of the company’s Building Division and have been awarded by various State Government agencies and a Private Limited Company. The company clarified that these do not include any internal orders.
The contracts have been received in the normal course of business. NCC also stated that its Promoters, Promoter Group, or any Group Companies do not have any interest in the entities that awarded these projects, and the transactions do not qualify as related party dealings.
In the exchange filings, the company shared, “NCC Limited has received orders valuing { 1690.51 Crores (Excluding GST) in the month of June 2025. The orders are related to Building Division. These orders are received from State Government Agencies and Private Limited Company and does not include any internal orders.”
The job durations for the awarded projects range between four months and twenty-four months, depending on the specific scope of work under each order.
