NBCC (India) Limited has secured fresh work orders worth ₹345.04 crore (excluding GST), reinforcing its strong order book and steady execution pipeline in the infrastructure and project management space.

The largest component of the new business comes from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. NBCC has been appointed as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) for planning, design, and development related to the construction of academic blocks, 2 BHK and 3 BHK housing, and a student activity centre that also includes a sports complex at the IIT Mandi campus in Kamand. The approximate value of this project stands at ₹332.99 crore. The work will be executed in the normal course of NBCC’s business and involves comprehensive project management responsibilities from conceptualisation to development.

In addition to the IIT Mandi assignment, NBCC has also received an annual maintenance contract from Kandla Special Economic Zone (SEZ). This order, valued at around ₹12.05 crore, covers day-to-day maintenance services for the period from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The scope of work includes housekeeping, horticulture, electrical and plumbing services, carpentry and civil works, maintenance of dish antennas, air conditioners, mosquito management systems, CCTV and networking infrastructure, hygiene solutions, lifts, solar systems, diesel generators, and fire-fighting vehicles, among others.

Both contracts have been awarded by domestic entities and do not involve any promoter or promoter group interest.
