NBCC (India) Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Film Development Corporation (NFDC) on July 2, 2025, to undertake the comprehensive renovation and redevelopment of the iconic Siri Fort Auditorium Complex in New Delhi. Acting as the Project Management Consultant, NBCC will handle the project from planning to execution.
The 5.5-acre complex will be upgraded with modern infrastructure while preserving its cultural and historical value. The project will adhere to heritage regulations, environmental norms, and green building protocols.
This redevelopment aims to transform Siri Fort into a world-class cultural hub and creative space, promoting accessibility and innovation in the arts sector.
In the meantime, on June 2, NBCC (India) Ltd bagged a ₹354.88 crore project from FDCM Gorewada Zoo Ltd for developing a world-class African Zoo in Nagpur. As the Project Management Consultant, NBCC will oversee construction of key facilities including the zoo, Safari Plaza, animal hospital, and quarantine unit, ensuring timely and quality execution.
