NBCC (India) Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd. (HUDCO) on September 19, 2025. Under this agreement, NBCC has secured multiple project management consultancy works with a total estimated value of ₹117 crore (excluding GST).

The awarded projects include:

  • Kaushambi, Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh): Development of a commercial plot valued at ₹23.08 crore.

  • Panchkula, Haryana: Development of HUDCO’s plot worth ₹26.92 crore.

  • Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Construction of additional blocks at HUDCO’s regional office with a project cost of ₹63.36 crore.

  • New Delhi: Reconstruction of flats at the Asian Games Village Complex (AGVC) worth ₹3.65 crore.

These projects will be executed as part of NBCC’s regular business operations and fall under the category of Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services. All contracts have been awarded by HUDCO, a domestic public sector undertaking, and none fall under related-party transactions.

With these wins, NBCC continues to strengthen its position as a leading government enterprise in project management and infrastructure development across India.
