NBCC (India) Limited has announced the receipt of two significant work orders, amounting to approximately ₹229.75 crore, in the normal course of business.

Project Details:

  1. AIIMS Bilaspur:
    • Scope of Work:
      • Construction of 72 Dwelling Units (Type III, IV, and V Quarters).
      • Development of 4 Lecture Halls for Nursing College and Paramedical Sciences.
      • Construction of UG Boys Hostel (204 beds) and UG Girls Hostel (334 beds).
      • Installation and commissioning of an Interactive Rooftop Solar Photovoltaic Power Generation System.
    • Client: Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India.
    • Value: ₹148.40 crore.
  2. IIM Visakhapatnam:
    • Scope of Work: Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for constructing a new hostel, dining building, and allied infrastructure at the permanent campus.
    • Client: Indian Institute of Management, Visakhapatnam.
    • Value: ₹81.35 crore.

Total Work Value: ₹229.75 crore.

Earlier, NBCC (India) Limited has announced the receipt of work orders amounting to Rs. 405.08 crore in the normal course of business. The details of the awarded projects are as follows:

  1. University of Delhi: Planning, designing, and execution of the ‘Centre for Advanced Studies’ at Hindu College for Rs. 151.93 crore.
  2. Fakir Mohan University, Balasore: Planning, designing, and construction of development works for Rs. 118.64 crore.
  3. Maharaja Sriram Chandra Bhanja Deo University, Mayurbhanj: Development works for Rs. 84.75 crore.
  4. Uttar Pradesh Construction and Labour Development Federation Ltd (UPCLDF): Execution of an office building in Lucknow for Rs. 37.90 crore.
  5. Western Regional Power Committee (WRPC), Mumbai: Project management consultancy services for structural repairs and external development works for Rs. 11.86 crore.
