NBCC (India) Limited, a Government of India Navratna enterprise under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, has recently been awarded a renovation contract valued at approximately ₹95.66 crore (excluding GST).
The project involves the renovation of the Sushma Swaraj Institute of Foreign Service (SSIFS) located in New Delhi. The SSIFS functions under the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India.
This contract forms part of NBCC’s routine business operations. The company continues to undertake infrastructure and redevelopment works across various sectors for government and public sector clients.
In the meantime, NBCC shares opened at ₹97.40 yesterday, reaching a high of ₹98.23 before closing lower at ₹94.78. The stock hit a low of ₹94.51 during the session. Despite recent volatility, NBCC remains above its 52-week low of ₹70.80, though well below its 52-week high of ₹139.83.
