  2. Varanasi Commercial Complex:
    • Scope: Development of Jawaharlal Nehru Commercial Complex (JLNCC) at Englishya Lines, Varanasi, under a self-sustainable model.

    • Client: Varanasi Development Authority.
  3. AIIMS Gorakhpur Project:
