1. Comprehensive PMC Services for Central University of Haryana

- Project Value: Rs 166.93 crore
- Scope of Work: NBCC will provide end-to-end Project Management Consultancy services, including planning, designing, and development of infrastructure facilities at the Central University of Haryana, located in Jant-Pali, Mahendergarh. This project aims to enhance the campus infrastructure and support academic excellence.
2. PMC Services for WRPC Office and Guest House in Mumbai
- Client: Western Regional Power Committee (WRPC)
- Project Value: Rs 48.70 crore
- Scope of Work: The project includes demolition, comprehensive design engineering, construction, and furnishing of the WRPC Office, including a guest house, at Andheri East, Mumbai. External development works are also part of this contract, ensuring a modern and well-equipped facility.
