NBCC (India) Limited has received fresh work orders worth a total of ₹220.31 crore (excluding GST), reinforcing its steady order inflow and strong presence in government-led infrastructure and institutional development. The projects have been awarded in the normal course of business and will be executed under NBCC’s Project Management Consultancy (PMC) model.
The largest of the new assignments comes from Canara Bank, which has entrusted NBCC with the planning, design, and execution of its Head Office Annex Building at Manyatha Tech Park in Rachanahalli Village, Bengaluru. The project, valued at approximately ₹163.12 crore, is expected to strengthen Canara Bank’s corporate infrastructure in one of India’s key IT and commercial hubs.
In addition to the banking sector project, NBCC has also secured two important education infrastructure contracts from Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti. The first involves the construction of a boys’ dormitory along with four warden residences at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Jalna in Maharashtra, with an approximate value of ₹9.01 crore. The second project relates to the development of a permanent campus at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya in Medchal–Malkajgiri district of Telangana, valued at around ₹48.18 crore.
All three projects are domestic in nature and fall under NBCC’s PMC operations, with no related party transactions or promoter group interest involved. While specific execution timelines have not been disclosed, the contracts further enhance NBCC’s diversified order book across banking and educational infrastructure segments.
