In a key organizational move, Nava Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. K.V.S. Vithal as its Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective February 8, 2025. The decision was approved by the company’s Board of Directors during a meeting held on February 7, 2025.
Mr. Vithal brings over 20 years of experience across diverse financial functions, including financial reporting, treasury management, taxation, mergers & acquisitions, financial planning, and risk management. Prior to joining Nava Limited, he held significant roles at Cyient Limited and Aurobindo Pharma Limited, both headquartered in Hyderabad.
A Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant, Mr. Vithal also holds a B.Com (Hons.) degree from the University of Calcutta. His expertise is expected to play a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s financial strategy and operational efficiency.
This appointment is seen as part of Nava Limited’s broader strategy to strengthen its financial management framework and drive long-term growth in a dynamic business environment.
