Mukand Ltd reported a sharp decline in its financial performance for the quarter ended September 2025 (Q2 FY26), with both revenue and profitability showing year-on-year weakness.
The company’s net profit dropped 60.5% YoY to Rs 10 crore, compared to Rs 25.3 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue fell 8.1% to Rs 1,161 crore from Rs 1,263 crore a year ago, reflecting muted demand and lower realizations.
Operational performance remained weak as well. EBITDA declined 8.8% to Rs 69.5 crore from Rs 76.2 crore, while EBITDA margin remained flat at 6%, indicating no improvement in cost efficiency despite lower sales.
Following the earnings announcement, Mukand shares fell over 5%, trading 5.2% lower at Rs 128.5 on the NSE.
