MTAR Technologies has secured fresh orders valued at approximately Rs 263.54 crore from an existing international customer, the company informed on Thursday. The order, worth USD 29.95 million, will be executed over a period spanning Q3 FY26 to Q2 FY27.

According to the company’s exchange filing, the customer name remains undisclosed due to confidentiality obligations. The contract is a continuation of MTAR’s ongoing business relationship and reflects sustained demand for its precision engineering and advanced manufacturing capabilities.

The execution timeline shared by MTAR indicates phased delivery:

  • Q3 FY26: USD 5.11 million

  • Q4 FY26: USD 9.58 million

  • Q1 FY27: USD 10.29 million

  • Q2 FY27: USD 4.97 million

The company confirmed that the orders do not fall under related-party transactions and that there is no promoter group interest in the awarding entity.
