Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Limited reported a steady performance for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025. The company’s consolidated revenue rose 9.8% year-on-year to ₹446 crore, compared to ₹406 crore in the same period last year.

Net profit for the quarter came in at ₹34.3 crore, up 2% from ₹33.6 crore in Q4 FY24. On a sequential basis, the profit was marginally lower than the ₹34.6 crore reported in Q3 FY25.

EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹55.5 crore, down from ₹58.7 crore a year ago. The EBITDA margin contracted to 12.44% from 14.44% YoY, reflecting higher operating costs.

Total expenses rose to ₹412.2 crore in Q4 FY25, up from ₹367.8 crore in Q4 FY24, driven by higher material and employee costs.

For the full financial year FY25, the company reported a net profit of ₹143.2 crore, compared to ₹140.3 crore in FY24. Annual revenue stood at ₹1,874 crore, up from ₹1,624 crore the previous year.

The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹3 per equity share.
